Before founding Rocket Dreams, I spent 15 years leading sales, marketing and innovation functions in B2B companies. I started in the HR market, then helped grow Wishlist, a B2B loyalty and employee benefits startup incubated by Digital Magics (now Zest). In four years, we took it from zero to €6 million in revenue and reached break-even. I then led Innovation & Marketing at Amilon, part of the Zucchetti group, for two years.
I founded Rocket Dreams in 2022 with a conviction: technology ideas grow when they meet the right people, real market access and a team that can turn opportunities into results.
In 2026, Rocket Dreams evolved into a hands-on investment company focused on B2B tech. Today, it invests in, builds and accelerates businesses through sales and marketing expertise, its network and assets developed in-house.

A platform and community that bring together businesses seeking innovation and technology providers, turning matches into business opportunities. I am the founder and CEO of the company, which was created within Rocket Dreams.

A defining feature of Emanuele’s journey is that he launched Rocket Dreams with his own resources, gradually building a team, expertise and two companies within the group. For almost five years, he retained 100% ownership, personally guiding the group’s decisions and growth.
Today, he is ready to welcome new investors into Rocket Dreams, strengthening its hands-on investment model and establishing it as a reference point in B2B tech.
